iPhone 5: Apple Eyes Free
The highly anticipated iPhone 5 was finally unveiled by Apple on Wednesday. Although revolutionary in its own sector, the iPhone 5 will bring with it some revolutionary car-tech.

Shipping with the new iOS 6 operating system, the iPhone 5, like the iPhone 4S, will feature Apple's famous personal assistant, Siri, which will now be integrated into cars as part of a partnership with several global car manufacturers. These companies include BMW, Toyota, Jaguar, Chrysler, Honda, Mercedes and Audi.

So, what does it do? Basically, it allows drivers to keep their eyes on the road, whilst voicing commands, like asking Siri to play a particular song, make a hands-free call or get directions. Hopefully, we should see this integration happening with more manufacturers, until it becomes a universal, standard feature.
