Audi R4

We had the R8, and now there will be the R4. This is Audi's new mid-engined sports car coupe, positioned between the TT and R8 in the line-up. The R4 has already been given the green light by the German company, and expect it to be put into production in around 2015. The preview for this model arrived in the form of the E-tron Spyder concept car, which was first displayed in the 2010 Autoshow in Detroit. Some competitors will be the BMW Z4, the Lotus Elise as well as the Porsche Cayman and Boxter. A convertible version is expected to be available soon after its launch as well. Not much is known yet though.
